Nutritional Reset Program
The Background
As a practitioner, you learn a lot from your clients, but you also learn a lot from yourself. The combination of the two, is what bought me to develop this program.
The last 6 months have been challenging for me, I was presented with a lot of stress, and almost all at once, a redundancy, an unwell very close family member, the opening of my own business and the final requirements (including an exam) before qualifying as a Clinical Nutritionist. This stress hasn't been kind to me, I largely put aside looking after myself just to get through.
So often we have a good thing going with our nutrition, but then something throws us off the wagon, this could be anything from a celebration to a stressful event, we just lose our way.
Even when we have the tools and information to get back on the wagon, for whatever reason, it just doesn’t happen, we circle round and around thinking to ourselves, I must get back on the wagon, I’ll start Monday, that Monday never comes.
I am currently writing a nutrition program called Nutritional Reset which will be the first in a series. It is aimed at taking the struggle out of getting back on the wagon, but helping you to stay there by providing the mentorship and a sustainable program which knows to well that events come up.
Trust me, I have been here myself, this program has given me the control I have been seeking for the last 6 months.
