Coconut Chai Latte
Ingredients:
1 Organic Chai Tea Bag 1 Star Anise Pods 1 Cinnamon Sticks 2 Cardamon Pods 1 Tsp Ground Ginger 1/2 Tsp Honey Coconut Milk Method: Put all spices into a spice grinder and grind until fine. This makes enough Chai Spice for multiple Chai Lattes. Steep the Chai Tea bag in boiling water, along with 1/2-1 Tsp of the Chai Spice Mix, for approx 2 minutes. In the mean time, froth and heat the milk either using coffee machine or heating it on stove top and using manual milk frother (Frothing optional, but makes it even yummier). Strain the tea bag and and Chai Spice mix, add honey and stir well. Add the heater and frother Coconut Milk, and top with freshly ground cinnamon |
